Samagri :-

Paneer tikka ke liye samagri :

  • Paneer (1 inch ke tukado mein kata hua)- 200g.
  • Shimla mirch (1 inch mein kata hua)- 1/3 cup.
  • Lal shimla mirch (1 inch mein kata hua)- 1/3 cup.
  • Pyaaz (1 inch tukado mein kata hua)- 1/2.
  • Tamater (1 inch tukado mein kata hua- 1/3 cup.
  • Tel- 2-3 tablespoon.

Marination ke lye samagri :Samagri

  • Dahi- 1cup
  • Lal mirch powder- 1/2 teaspoon
  • Jeera powder- 1/2 teaspoon
  • Dhaniya powder- 1 teaspoon
  • Garam masala- 1/2 teaspoon
  • sauf powder- 1/2 teaspoon
  • Chaat masala- 1 teaspoon
  • Amchur powder- 1 teaspoon
  • Kali mirch powder- 1/4 teaspoon
  • Kasuri methi- 1 teaspoon
  • Adrakh ka paste- 1 teaspoon 
  • Lahsun ka paste- 1 teaspoon
  • Nimbu ka ras- 1 1/2 teaspoon
  • Namak swadanusar

Paneer marinate karein :

Dahi ko ek rumal mein le aur ab rumal ko badi chhanni mein rakhein. Chhanni ke niche bowl ya jug rakhein, taki dahi mein se nikla hua paani bowl mein ikattha ho jaye. Ab dahi ko 1 ghante ke liye fridge mein rakhein, issi dauran dahi mein se sara paani nikal jayega aur aapko ekdam gadha dahi milega isse hung curd bhi kahte hai. Ab dahi ko ek bowl mein le, ab is mein sare marinate ke sabhi masale aur namak ko dalein phir in sabhi samagri ko achhe se mila le. Ab is mein adrakh lahsun ka paste dalein aur sath mein nimbu ka ras bhi dalein. Ab paneer aur sabhi sabjiyon ko 1 inch ke tukade mein kat le aur in sabhi cheezo ko dahi ke mishran mein dalein. Ab in sabhi ko achhi tarah mila le taki marinate sabhi tukade per achhe se laga hona chahiye. Ab iss mishran ko kam se kam 2 ghante tak fridge mein rakh de marinate hone ke liye. Yah fridge mein kuch jyada der tak rahega to bhi thik hai.

Paneer tikka banane ki vidhi :

Ager aap lakadi ke stick ka use ker rahi hai to stick ko paani mein 10-15 minute tak bhigoye rakhein. Ager aap steal ke stick ka use ker rahi hai to bhigone ki jaroorat nahi hai. Baking tray per aluminum foil ko bhiccha ker rakhein. Jisse bad mein tray ki safai karne mein asani rahti hai. Tray ke uper hath se ya kisi bhi cheez se tel lagaye. Ab iske bad stick per paneer aur vegetable ko laga de. Aap her paneer ke tukade ke beech mein baraber matra mein vegetable lagaye.

Tawe per banane ke liye :

Sabse pahle tikke per tel lagaye. Aur phir medium gas per tawe ko garam karein, ho sake to non stick tawe ka istemaal karein. Tawa garam hone ke bad tikke ko usper rakhein aur pakaye. Jab ek aor golden brown ho jaye to palat de. Issi tarah chaaro taraf se pakaye. Ab isse tawe per se utare aur serve karein.
