Phool Gobhi ke Kofte Recipe in Hindi

Phool Gobhi ki sabji to sabko pasand hoti hai. Gobhi do tarah ki hoti hai ek phool gobhi aur ek patta gobhi. Aaj hum baat karege phool gobhi ki. Ager aap gobhi ki sabji ko alag tarike se banana chahte hai to aap phool gobhi ke kofte bana sakte hai.

Samagri :

  • 1 cup phool gobhi kaddukas ki hui.
  • Paneer- 1/2 cup. 
  • Kaju powder- 1 tbs.
  • Dhaniya patti kati hui- 1 tbs.
  • Chana masala- 1/2 tsp.
  • Mota besan- 4 tbs.
  • Sarso ka tel.
  • Adrakh aur lahsun ka paste- 1 tbs.
  • Namak swadanusar.

Bharawan ke liye samagri :-

  • Adrakh aur hari mirch (bareek kati hui)- 1 tbs.
  • Moti elaychi powder- 1/2 tsp.
  • Kaju (dardra kuta hua)- 1 tbs.
  • Pyaaz (lambayi mein kata hua)- 1/2.
  • Pyaaz ka paste- 1/4.
  • Haldi powder- 1 tsp.
  • Dhaniya powder- 2 tsp.
  • Kashmiri lal mirch- 1 tsp.
  • Lal mirch powder- 1/2 tsp.
  • Garam masala powder- 1/2 tsp.
  • Dhaniya patti kati hui- 1 tbs.
  • Sarso ka tel- 2 tbs.
  • Namak swadnusar.

Vidhi :

Phool gobhi mein paneer, kaju powder, besan aadi sari samagri milaye. Adrakh aur hari mirch wali bharavan samagri taiyar karein. Nimbu ke braber chhote-chhote gole banaye aur beech mein adhrakh hari mirch ke bharavan ko bhare aur sabhi kofte ko garam tel mein sunhara (golden) tal le. Ab ek non stick wali pane phir le aur jismein tel ko garam ker pyaaz ko halka brown hone tak bhune. Isme pyaaz (onion) aur adrakh lahsun ka paste aur sukhe masale dalker bhune aur bhune huye masale mein sabhi kofte ko dal de. Iske bad 2 bade chamach paani dalker dhimi anch per ulat palat ker pakaye, jab masala kofto per achhi tarah lipat jaye tab dhaniya patti dalker serve karein.
