Stuffed Bread Dahi Vada Recipe in Hindi

Urad ki daal wale dahi vade aapne to khoob khaye hoge. Sabhi ko pasand aane wale dahi vade paramparik roop se urad ki daal ko bhigoker aur peesker banaya jata hai. Lekin dahi vade ka jayka badlne ke liye aaj hum aapko bread dahi vada ki vidhi batane ja rahe hai. Bread ke dahi vade brown bread se bane hote hai. Jo fiber se bharpoor aur weight loss karne mein sahayak hote hai. Yah hamari sehat ke liye bhi bahut achha hota hai. Aiye hum aapko simple tarike se bread dahi bhalla (vada) banane ki vidhi batate hai….

Bread dahi vada recipe :-

Samagri :

  • Bread- 6 slice.
  • Dahi feta hua- 250g.
  • Lal mirch powder- 1/2 spoon.
  • Jeera powder- 1 spoon.
  • Chini- 50g.
  • Kala namak- swadanusar.
  • Namak- swadanusar.

Stuffing ke liye samagri :

  • Doodh- 1/2 cup.
  • Paneer 50g.
  • Ubali hui aloo- 1.
  • Adrakh paste- 1 spoon.
  • Lal mirch powder- 1/4 spoon.
  • Amchur- 1/4 spoon.
  • Namak- swadanusar.

Stuffing banaiye…

Sabse pahle stuffing banate hai. Ek bartan mein chhili aur ubali hui aloo ko mash ker le. Ab isme paneer, namak, lal mirch powder, bhuna hua jeera, adrakh ka paste, amchur powder ko dalker achhe se mix ker le. Ab aapki stuffing taiyar hai.

Bread ke kinare ke brown hisse ko katker nikal de. Ab bread ko doodh mein deep kerke turant nikal lijiye. Bhigi hui bread slice ko hatheli per rakh ker thoda dabaye. Ab 1 chamach stuffing ko bread slice mein bhare aur bread ko charo taraf se uthaker band ker de. Stuffing ko bread se poori tarah band nahi karna hai. Isse thoda sa khula hi chhodna hai. Ab issi tarah bache hue bread mein bhi stuffing bhar le.

Bread ko sekne ke liye gas on kerke pane mein thoda sa ghee dalker melt kijiye. Ghee ke melt hone ke bad stuffing bhari bread ko sekne ke liye laga dijiye. Thoda sa ghee inke uper bhi laga dijiye. Bread ka khula wala bhag pane ki oar rakhe. Medium aur dheemi anch per vade ko niche ki taraf sek dijiye, aur golden brown color hone ke bad palat dijiye.  Aur inhe pichhe ki taraf se bhi golden brown hone tak sek lijiye. Seke hue vade ekdam crispy ( क्रिस्पी ) ho gaye hai. Ab in vade ko plate mein nikal lijiye. Issi tarah bache hue vade ko bhi taiyar ker lijiye.

Bread dahi vade serve karein :

Ek plate mein apni pasand ke anusar 1-2 bread vade rakh lijiye. Ab fete hue dahi ko ek bowl mein nikal ker usme kala namak, jeera powder, lal mirch powder, namak aur chini dalker achhe se mix karein. Ab iss taiyar hue mishran ko vade ke uper dalein aur sath hi dhaniya ki chatni, imli ( इमली) ki chatni aur jeera powder dalker serve karein.
